With the help of generous sponsors, disabled athletes from around the country will come to the ‘Summit City to compete in the first annual ‘Bob Chase Frostbite Championship’ – February 14-15, 2009 @ the MAC 
In order to make this event extra special we are seeking support from community leaders to help offset costs for participants and help bring more players here to Fort Wayne. There are opportunities to support the tournament at many levels, from small, individual donations to full naming rights for the event.

Naming Sponsor: $5,000
- A Hockey Sled donated in your name at the event
- Listing on Tournament Banner
- Your companies name above the title on all media and in all press materials,
- dasher board ads in both rinks;
- Name on all tournament awards
- full page ad in tournament program,
- honorary puck drop before the first game,
- company logo on all event items (t-shirts, water bottles, etc.)
- 2 tables at the tournament banquet.

Gold Sponsor: $2,500 or more
- Listing on Tournament Banner
- dasher board ads in one rink;
