Prep Flyers Results from Feb. 7 & 8, 2009
In back-to-back Chicago tourneys the Prep Flyers go undefeated 7-0 and look strong as they head into the Midwest Conference Championship February 20 & 21, 2009.

Prep Flyers Current Record: 13-4
In both the Semifinals & Championship game for the Prep Flyers were National like intensity. Both the Rowdies and Warriors played extremely well in the 1st half; however, in the 2nd half the Flyers went a combine 26-7 against both teams to secure the victory.

Varsity Flyers Current Record: 16-6
Defending National Champions and current #1 Junior team in the nation the Minnesota Timberwolves and #3 Wheelin Wizards gave the #8 Flyers a new understanding of what it’ll take to compete with the big 3 in the nation. The Flyers looked good against the Wizards however ran out of steam in the 2nd half.
In the 3rd place game vs the Heat the Flyers snuck by with a game wining elbow shot from Josh Swoverland in the final seconds.
Both the Prep and Varsity Turnstone Flyers will compete at the Midwest Conference Championships February 21 & 22, 2008 in Grand Rapids, MI. Below are the teams that will be there…
