USA men’s Sled Hockey team does the unthinkable by defeating the top teams in Ostrava, Czech Republic to become the 2009 International Paralympic Committee Ice Sledge Hockey World Championship

Building of their 08′ bronze-medal finish the Americans upsets the defending world champs, Canada, in the Simi-finals 2-1 to set the stage for them to play Norway in the Gold medal game today.  With 11.4 seconds lift in the championship game USA, Taylor Chace wins the face-off in Norway’s zone and draws it back to team captain Andy Yohe who scores to the upper part of the net.
